Founder
Your Success Is Our Mission
I share my beginnings with those who were raised by a single mother. We lived in low-income housing and I watched as my mother worked everyday to care for my four siblings and I. She made the day-to-day sacrifices to provide us with the things we needed along with maintaining a roof over our heads. I learned so much as I watched her manage her family and the world around her; she equipped me with the tools for survival. My tireless commitment to my community and my love for the people in my community is a fire that was sparked by her. She has been the inspiration in who I have become.
As a young woman, sometimes life led me into situations where I became a part of the 80% of women who’ve been victimized; sexually, physically, and emotionally. I went on to become pregnant and married as a teenager. Even though I did not allow those experiences to define me; I had not yet come to really know love, God, or the fruits of the spirit. When I came to realize and accept that God is real and that He loves me unconditionally; I was able to commit my life to Him. In such a short time He’s given me everything I need as well as the desires of my heart! Praise God!
I am grateful to the village of people who have come into my life for a reason, a season, or even a lifetime. Their love and encouragement reminds me I am here on purpose. Just like you I am a conqueror! I believe it is not how you start that defines you, but how you end up!

Now that my jewel case is full of experience, wisdom, and knowledge; I’m eager to fulfill my purpose. I am charged with empowering women searching for the bridge between now and their success through the Women Centered 4 Success Life Coaching and Career Entry Training Services.
I hang my hopes and desires to move women forward on my mantra, “When she knows, she grows”.

Women Centered 4 Success (WC4S) is a nonprofit organization committed to bring together a community of support to make coaching accessible for all women who are seeking positive change in their lives.
Our Vision
Our organization is about self-sufficiency and empowerment. The skills we teach to women today will affect their lives and their parenting effectiveness for generations. With WC4S, you have the potential to create a legacy for your family and for the community. WC4S envisions a day when every personal connection made is impactful leading to success!
