Member benefits include:                                 

  • Being part of an organization that is committed to WORKING at making a positive impact in the lives of women and their families.                           

  • Attend monthly meetings, where you can network monthly with the WC4S planning Team and vote on proposed expenditures less than $500.00 giveaway.                                                                         

  • Enjoy a light snack at the in-person meeting and maybe be the winner in gift giveaway.

  • Participate in The Community Service Forum with WC4S to get volunteers for our events.  The Community Service Forum is a meet-and-greet event, where students in need of community service hours for graduation come to meet non-profits in need of volunteers.  A win-win for all!  The last two events were held at Bloomingdale and Newsome High schools.  Each event had over 300 students in attendance, with many eager parents in tow.  2016 update:  The September event at Brandon High School was even bigger, with 400 students.

I understand that this is an application expressing my interest in becoming a member of WC4S. I agree to read and follow all confidentiality protocols provided to me by WC4S. I agree to treat WC4S staff, volunteers, and clients with respect. I understand that by volunteering with this organization, I am
agreeing to allow photos of myself and/or my property to be used for publicity purposes. I certify that I am 18 years or older. I understand that the membership is not valid until approved by the organization’s board of directors.
